Promotion (In Support Of Our Protocols)

  • 1/2 price for dump delivery on orders in KW, and on orders under $50 in Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas.
  • 5% discount for COD commercial purchases.

Protocol For All Customers

  • We are currently limiting the number of customers in-store Office limit: 2, Car limit: 4).
  • We will not allow customers in the store who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
  • CLD is following Health Canada recommendations to keep our store sanitized.Clients must sanitize their hands before entering the store.
  • Our inside showroom and office are closed to the public except for payment and orders.
  • Please follow the stickers on the floor and stand behind the lines. We ask our clients to social distance by giving at least 2 metres of space between each person.
  • We recommend all orders by email or phone.
  • If clients choose to hand select their own orders, then they must load themselves. Our staff will load orders built by our staff members only.
  • We encourage customers to stay in their vehicles if you're in our yard to pick up an order.
  • Please avoid touching anything in the office, all interaction will be digital. We do not accept cash.
  • No paperwork will be exchanged.
  • E-transfers & credit cards will be the only forms of payment accepted. Credit cards will be taken by a safe distance.

Protocol For Staff

  • Abide by all client protocols as listed.
  • The company has reduced staff on-site to provide for a safer workplace.
  • Limit of 2 people in the showroom at a time for payment and orders only.
  • Customers must use the hand sanitizer provided before entering the showroom.
  • No customers on site or in the showroom who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Communicate physical distancing by using signage, floor decals and social media.
  • CLD will have an allocated staff member posted at the front door, they will monitor traffic and allow customers inside when safe, they will disinfect door knobs after each customer.
  • Entrance door only through the front and exit through the side door by the pergola.
  • Plexiglass barriers installed at each desk. Sales staff will disinfect the cash terminal after each customer. No cash payments. All interaction will be digital.
  • Showroom is closed for viewing, no browsing allowed.
  • Outdoor physical distancing markers guiding clients making payments.
  • PPE is provided for any staff members that choose to use it for COVID-19 protection. (Face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer).
  • Gates open and A-frame signs at entrances highlighting physical distancing.
  • If clients choose to hand select their own orders, then they must load themselves. Our staff will load orders built by our staff members only.
  • Encourage customers to stay in their vehicles if they are here to pick up an order.
  • All members are asked to remind other members and anyone on-site to abide by all protocols.
  • Bills of Lading or Packing Slips should not be physically exchanged. Request photos be emailed to the appropriate departments.
  • The company will ensure there is sufficient sanitary, cleaning, and health & safety available at all times.
  • Abide by regular CLD Policies, CLD Job Descriptions, and CLD Health & Safety Policies.
